Due to the customized nature of digital treatment planning and aligner manufacturing, completed digital services are non-refundable.

Manufacturing Issues

If aligners arrive damaged or with verified manufacturing defects, replacement may be provided after review.

Shipping

Shipping charges, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds, if applicable, may take 7–14 business days to process.
